Overview Of The Role:

• The role's primary purpose is to support the store's objectives by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring effective maintenance of designated sections or zones. The position requires maintaining high standards of store presentation and stockroom organization while fostering a positive customer interaction environment. Success in this role contributes to achieving store sales targets and enriching the customer experience, balanced with compliance to operational standards and health and safety protocols.

What You Will Do:

Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service to achieve store sales targets and enhance customer experience.
• Ensure customers are acknowledged and receive quality service either face-to-face or over the phone.

Sales Operations

• Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently, accurately, and quickly using all payment methods.
• Maintain responsibility for one or several sections of the store, ensuring they are properly folded and displayed.
• Ensure the Cash desk areas are replenished and kept tidy throughout the day.

Store Maintenance

• Ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained on the shop floor.
• Maintain excellent standards in the stockroom by organizing and arranging it efficiently.
• Ensure employees are knowledgeable and updated on SOPs, implementing self-assessment audits and reviews of audit reports.

Health & Safety

• Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout the store, communicating with senior management in case of accidents.
• Be aware of risks exposed to employees and customers, and follow safe work practices and company procedures to mitigate them.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Passion for fashion and retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong initiative and self-motivation.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Previous fashion retail experience and/or excellent customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to articulate thoughts and possess strong communication skills.
• Energetic and enthusiastic with a strong initiative and self-motivation.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
