This job is for a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive. Achieve sales targets, develop strong customer relationships, and strategize marketing plans.

Salary: RM 3500 - RM 5000

Job Description

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets. Carry out Sales Strategies towards achieving Company Sales Target.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Conduct marketing research and development.
• Prepare Marketing strategies for brands.
• Explore New Clients and New Brands.
• Present Marketing Planning to Clients.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, but Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Mandarin, BM).
• Self-motivated, independent, aggressive, and result-oriented.
• Possess own vehicle and willing to travel outstation or overseas.
