We're seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Finance & Admin Manager to lead our financial operations and empower a collaborative team.

This Key Role Encompasses

  • Strategic Financial Leadership:
    • Develop and implement financial plans aligned with company goals.
    • Provide insightful financial guidance and forecasts to drive informed decision-making.
    • Oversee audits and tax compliance to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
    • Manage financial resources effectively, including working capital, cash flow, and budgets.
  • Financial Operations & Reporting:
    • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions (accounts payable/ receivable, general ledger).
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
    • Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance and admin team.
    • Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment across departments.
    • Partner with the HR team on administrative tasks (payroll, leave management, etc.).
    • Handle ad-hoc duties and embrace new challenges.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • A CPA or equivalent qualification is a strong plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating:
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Substantial experience handling all aspects of the accounting cycle.

Software Proficiency

  • Expertise in accounting and payroll software applications.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.

Financial Knowledge
