Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of ERP system support and development, including coding, troubleshooting, debugging, enhancements, documentation, testing, and report generation.
- Analyze and understand business processes across departments to effectively integrate and implement ERP solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for IT-related issues.
- Manage and maintain computer systems, software, and applications.
- Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Provide training and support to users on software and applications.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
- Knowledge of network concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
