Our focus is on creating self-sustainable townships and prioritizing community-based facilities and public amenities for Malaysian home buyers in the B40 and M40 income groups. Our long-term objective is to become a sustainable developer in Malaysia, while our current projects include Bandar Baru Setia Awan Perdana in Sitiawan, Perak and Lagenda Teluk Intan in Teluk Intan, Perak.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive at Lagenda Properties Berhad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals. This role is primarily located in Johor Baharu, but some remote work is acceptable. The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team and management to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or any related industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English and one or more local languages
  • Min SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
