Job Responsibility
- To monitor, control and ensure total compliance of all safety health and environmental.legalandcorporaterequirementsofthecompany.
- To anticipate, prevent andeliminate all unsafe conditions and practices on thesite that could lead to occupational injuries and illness.
- Work very closely with all department heads to provide input related to every major safety,healthandenvironmental matters.
- To ensure the site is in full compliance to local authorities'requirements and provide trainingas necessary. Towards zero accidents/ injuries-by periodic checks on allsite procedures per requirements ensuring total adherence.
- To be actively involved in risk/hazard assessment on thesite in thespirit of continual in provement.
- Dealing with DOE, DOSH. BOMBA and local authority to ensure good working relationship is maintained.
- To comply with all safety rules, safety working practices and procedures.
- To continue with weekly environmental checks around the factory / work site to ensure the company complies with the SHE plan, procedures and statutory regulations.
- To ensure the security at work site.
- To ensure the work site is free from illegal activities.
- To provide induction fornew employees briefed on the Company·s Safety Rules and Regulations
- To ensure the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) systems procedures are implemented on the projects.
- Perform any other project duties as assigned by the superior.
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Science or Certificate in Safety and Health Officer by NIOSH.
- Registered as Safety Supervisor with DOSH.
- Familiar with OSHA 1994 and FMA 1967 and its regulations.
- Must have atleast 3years high rise buildings construction company working experience.
- Able to work 6days a week

- All Courses will be provided (HRDF claimable)
