- Supervise, lead, and motivate promoter/ shop assistance.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to the team to ensure they perform at their best.
- Monitor individual performance and provide feedback.
- Conduct performance reviews and help in setting personal sales goals.
- Work with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Ensure the sales team adheres to sales strategies and approaches to meet targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure the sales objectives are met.
- Prepare and present sales reports to upper management, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Oversee customer interactions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle key accounts or high-value customers.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues escalated by the sales team.
- Organize and conduct training programs for the sales team.
- Stay updated on the latest sales techniques, products, and market trends.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Oversee the sales team's daily operations and ensure they are efficiently using sales tools and systems.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting.
- Manage sales-related paperwork, including contracts, orders, and documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
- Continuously monitor sales data to identify trends and performance gaps.
- Implement corrective measures to improve sales outcomes and team performance.

- Post own transport.
- Prior experience in shoe retails.
- Able to work independently.
- Good customer service and selling skill.
- Must be organized and punctual.
