Job Responsibility
- Responsible for styling, or coordinating various events.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, create event proposals, manage budgets, coordinate logistics, and ensure the successful execution of events
- To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of events
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in event styling and basic floral arrangement is a strong bonus
- Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices
- Knowledge of basic Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop & Canva will be advantaged
- Diploma in event management, hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work on flexi hours/ weekend/ public holidays
- Event setup fee
- Sales Commission
- Claimable mileage & parking fee
