Logistic Executive

Your Role:

1. Prepare necessary documents, identify correct HS code and provide other information as required for import and export of all shipments.
2. Closely co-ordinate with forwarder on customs procedure to ensure smooth import and export shipment.
3. Manage and file all import-export documents after customs clearance in a systematic and tidy manner.
4. Liaise with forwarder, transporter, and customer for delivering equipment and parts.
5. Ensure proper security and accuracy of stock in warehouse, record stock-in and stock-out with adequate proof of delivery, minimize stock difference between physical and record.
6. Maintain required minimum stock level, place stock order upon sales and service team’s request.
7. Ensure the correct receipt of incoming goods and on-time delivery to both service team & customers.
8. Carry out inventory and control stock ageing for goods return on a timely basis.
9. Co-ordinate for handling defective and scrap items in accordance with company’s policy.
10. Liaise and closely work together with internal departments.

Your Profile:

1. Have at least 3-year experience in the role of import and export executive for a multinational/foreign-invested company.
2. Thoroughly understand the whole procedure of the country’s customs clearance and post-clearance.
3. Be familiar with import-export procedure for all types of enterprises including export processing enterprises.
4. Understand logistics pricing structure for working in the best cost-effective way.
5. Degree in Logistics, Business, Management, or related disciplines in Supply Chain.
6. Computer literacy in MS Office.
7. Excellent skills in task self-organization with high responsibility and accuracy.
8. Good sense of urgency.
9. Good command of written and spoken English.
10. Good communication skill and capability of problem-solving and team working.
