Job Responsibility Job Description
- Manage the performance of Retail Assistant.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
- Manage point-of-sale processes.
- Receive and unload new shipments.
- Keep up to date with product information.
- Accurately describe product features and benefits.
- Adhere with all company policies and procedures.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Secondary school level and above.
- Passionate in the entertainment & retail industry.
- Able to work in shift hours, 6 days per week.
- Able to work during weekends and Public Holidays.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
