Senior Finance Executive

The organisation has been producing face masks for 30 years and is one of the world’s leading pioneers of making single-use medical grade face masks. As a global industrial manufacturer, it exports over 90% of its products to Europe, North America, Australia, and Asia continent.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management
• Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and risk management activities
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Willing to work in Klang, Selangor
