Job Responsibility
- Product training & Script will be provided.
- Records customer inquiries.
- Deal directly with customers by telephone.
- respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Make Outbound calls to new customers.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries.
- Provide potential leads and laptop.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Have prior Customers service or Telemarketing Preferable.
- Fresh Graduates is encouraged to apply too.
