The opportunity Direct Lending's mission is to make simple, safe and affordable financing accessible to every hard working adult. We are on the lookout for a Collection Executive to join our credit and collection team. You will be part of the team that manages the credit risk for the Company's Syariah Compliant Digital Auto Service Financing and Micro Financing portfolio, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts. You don’t need to know everything about the financing industry (even we don’t!). But the work is fast-paced, challenging but yet rewarding. • Contact, communicate and negotiate with debtors to facilitate timely repayment, repayment plans or settlements
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and agreements
• Identify cases for escalation or legal action when necessary
• Meet collection targets and performance metrics
• Provide professional and respectful customer service throughout the process
• Continuous identify challenges and opportunities and suggest solutions to grow and improve the business

Are you the one?

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Highly organised, attention to detail, persistent
• Good team player but able to work independently and work well under pressure
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in collection for personal financing, easy payment scheme, product financing or business financing
