Job Descriptions:

  1. Assist in developing short term and long term plans to maximize sales and gross profit in store.
  2. Monitor labor cost percentage.
  3. Ensure all controllable expenses are held to a minimum.
  4. Confirm Store and Wholesale pricing.
  5. Proactively react to seasoning trends and propose necessary actions to be taken.
  6. Develop Short & Long Term Business Plan for sales development as instructed by the superior and control its progress based on the Business Plan.
  7. Monitor all store debtors' payments and new applications.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge to manage retail and department stores with minimal guidance.
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Able to accept suggestions and constructive criticism.
  • Consistently fulfill all job responsibilities and inspire staff or colleagues as a role model.
  • Possess teamwork, time management, analyzing, and observation skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Computer literacy such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • 5 years or more in any related job experiences.

Academy Requirements:

  • Degree or higher in Business studies or any related fields.
