Job Responsibility
- Assist Store Manager with daily operation of the store.
- Responsible for inventory management and stock ordering and replenishment.
- Provide training to new joiner.
- Arrange staff work schedule.
- Ensure sufficient float and safe counts on daily basis.
- Assisting customers in the selection and purchase of items.
- Ensure that the store is always manned.
- Setting/Organizing promotional displays.
- Handling customers complaints and enquires in a professional manner.
- Always ensure the store clean & tidy.
- Following policies & procedures relating to cash & products handling.
- Completing sales sheets at the end of the day.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
- Able to read/speak/understand Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Have basic communication skill and customer service consciousness
- Hardworking, aggressive in work, able to work independently and responsible
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is advantages
