EN - Food Beverage Manager

Reporting to the Hotel Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:             

  • Lead mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
  • Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained as well as to promote Mercure Brand promise
  • Plan and set up strategy to develop the revenue of F&B Department
  • Strategize on new products and service offerings
  • Financial planning to perform within targeted parameter
  • Managing operations of the Food and Beverage venues and ensuring consistent exceptional customer service
  • Driven project leader and concept creator
  • Support all the food and beverage outlets at the property

Qualifications :

Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks
Detailed F&B knowledge including wine food midsize banquet weddings
Operational experience 3 years at an equivalent position in an international 5star brand is preferred.
Excellent customer service communication organizational and interpersonal skills required.
Creative and display a flair for F&B related marketing and entertainment.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malayisa language is a plus.
