Full Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain accurate, timely month-end, quarterly, and yearly close processes and reporting.
2. Maintain accurate daily accounting records, manage cash flow, perform analysis, and assist in improving internal controls, policies, and procedures.
3. Manage inter-company transactions.
4. Assist in preparing budgeting and forecasting reports, and monitor budget spending in periodic reports.
5. Manage periodic physical inventory counts and asset sightings.
6. Oversee and maintain asset records and tagging.
7. Coordinate with bankers, solicitors, auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities regarding audit and income tax matters.
8. Support the Head of Department/Management with other assignments and ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum five years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
2. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent.
3. Good knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), accounting principles, financial reporting, audit, and taxation.
4. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to deliver results and resolve problems.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
6. Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
7. Capable of working within strict deadlines and reporting schedules.
8. Experience with Pronto ERP system is an advantage.
9. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,000 per month
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
