Job Responsibility
- Inputting data into databases or systems
- Maintaining and updating records of each company
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and process invoices
- Assisting with job postings and candidate screening
- Arranging interviews with department leaders
- Assisting meeting minutes preparations and other relevant reports
- At least 1 years working experience in related field
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
- Able to communicate with English averagely
