Part-time Takaful Advisor
Description
We are seeking a motivated and ready to learn individuals to join our dynamic team in KL/Selangor. The ideal candidate will have 3-13 years of experience in the service industry, with a strong passion to help malaysians achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on Takaful products and services to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients explaining Takaful concepts and benefits.
- Assist clients in understanding their Takaful policy options and coverages.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to provide ongoing support.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales skills and ability to build relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of Takaful products and Islamic finance principles.
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
