- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives.

- To ensure others meet their goals and objectives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in training and development by adapting strategies and incorporating new technologies to enhance learning outcomes and solve issues effectively.
- Degree holder in any field. Candidates with a Masterâs degree have an added advantage.
- 3 years minimum with relevant experience and have experience in problem solving, e.g., Six Sigma or equivalent; and systems management.
- Proven experience as a training & development manager or equivalent role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous learning
