We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as the Training & Development Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by cultivating a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
• Care of others performance and development
• To ensure others meet their goals and objectives
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and make data-driven improvements.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in training and development by adapting strategies and incorporating new technologies to enhance learning outcomes and solve issues effectively.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in any field. Candidates with a Masterâs degree have an added advantage.
• 3 years minimum with relevant experience and have experience in problem solving, e.g., Six Sigma or equivalent; and systems management.
• Proven experience as a training & development manager or equivalent role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous learning
