主要職責
- 歡迎並協助顧客選擇產品和解答疑問。
- 提供卓越的顧客服務，確保顧客擁有愉快的購物體驗。
- 使用銷售點（POS）系統準確處理銷售交易。
- 補充庫存，確保貨架擺放整齊、貨品充足。
- 保持店內清潔，並營造吸引人的視覺展示效果。
- 監控庫存水平，並向主管報告庫存不足的情況。
- 協助接收、拆包和整理貨物。
- 專業地處理客戶投訴或退貨，並在必要時回報問題。
- 推廣正在進行的銷售活動、會員計劃和特別促銷活動。
- 遵守公司政策、流程以及健康和安全標準。
- 協助店長完成其他店家工作。
