Its integrated poultry business includes the breeding and sale of day-old chicks, broiler and breeder farming, processing and sale of poultry products and feeds milling. Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with the management of customer accounts, including updating customer information and collection of documents & payment details.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience processes and procedures.
• Help and support organize and participate in customer events and promotions.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvements.
• Perform market analysis and research on competitors.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign timelines.
• Perform other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
