Fullstack Web Developer - 1 year contract

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer, to join K3 Advisory Group for an initial 12 month basis, supporting the SEO & Performance function at K3 Advisory Group in the UK through a defined period of web development delivery. This role is aligned to our Kuala Lumpur office on a hybrid workstyle.

You will work across both front-end and back-end layers, partnering closely with the UX Designer, Technical SEO Manager, and CRO Specialist to deliver an agreed set of web improvements, integrations and roadmap items within the contract term.

This role requires an experienced, self-sufficient developer able to onboard quickly and deliver against a defined scope with minimal ramp-up.

Front End: HTML5, JS, CSS3, React, Next.js.

Back End: PHP, Node, Python, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, CRM integrations & event APIs; AWS, Azure, CDN.

COMMERCIAL OBJECTIVES

• Delivery of the agreed contract scope on time, to specification, within budget.
• Domain authority, page ranking, site health & CVR during the engagement period.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

• Development release schedule & QA delivery for the duration of the contract.
• Handover and documentation to ensure continuity beyond contract end.

Functional Responsibilities

• Development & delivery: full-stack codebase development, landing pages, components, CMS development, template creation, front-end/back-end and API integrations, scoped to agreed deliverables.
• Delivery of new website features, landing pages, microsites, conversion journeys and enhancements set out by technical SEO, performance, CRO and UX teams.
• CMS management - CMS enhancements, template management, publishing support, workflow improvements & user permissions.
• AI-driven CMS platforms & tooling - use of AI-enabled CMS features and development tooling to enable high-speed, high-performance delivery and optimisation.
• MarTech - form integrations, lead routing, API connections, data validation, event tracking.
• Website performance - page speed, asset loading, JS efficiency, mobile performance, caching, CDN optimisation.
• Technical SEO enablement - structured data, canonicals, redirects, internal linking frameworks, XML sitemaps, robots.txt requirements.
• Tracking - tracking scripts, conversion events, pixel deployment, server-side tracking, consent management.
• Security, stability & governance - security updates, patch management, backup management, uptime monitoring, access control, vulnerability remediation, within the scope of the engagement.
• Backend & infrastructure - server-side logic, database management, API development, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) configuration and CDN management.
• Knowledge transfer - documentation and handover to permanent team members ahead of contract completion.

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES

• Delivery against agreed contract milestones and scope.
• Technical SEO, CRO and Performance KPIs.
• Quality & speed - QA playbooks met & frameworks delivered against, bi-weekly release schedule.
• Site speed, uptime, error handling and overall site health / ranking.
