Key Accountabilities :
- Prepare, arrange and ensure timely submission of statutory forms, returns and notifications in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations.
- Assist to organise and coordinate meetings including compilation of Board papers pre-meeting preparations and post meeting actions.
- Assist in preparation of Annual Report and Circular to Shareholders.
- Prepare minutes of meeting and circular resolutions
- Maintain and update statutory records in compliance with the Companies Act.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and compilation of meeting papers.
- Ensure prompt delivery of assignments and response to stakeholders.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial documents and records.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Key Requirements:
- Full or partial qualification of ICSA or a member of ISA / MAICSA.
- At least 1 - 3 years' working experience in company corporate secretarial work. Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
