Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers – helping them deliver better results every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling billing and manage profit and loss statements, control transport costs, and ensure assigned accounts meet financial target.
- Generate accurate and timely client invoices based on contractual rates and transport activities.
- Oversee key performance indicators for both vendor billing and transport delivery, ensuring adherence to defined service standards.
- Analyze operational data and delivery routing to optimize costs, drive efficiency, and implement continuous process improvements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transport operations, freight forwarding, or a similar logistics environment.
- Good command of English Language both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel and Transport Management Systems (TMS).
- Willing to be based at Seksyen 23, Shah Alam
