HR Recruiter (Butterworth Penang)

Job Responsibilities:-
-Drive business development by acquiring new clients through cold calling and outreach efforts.
- Conduct interviews and effectively review applicants to fill open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other recruiters to develop a comprehensive list of hiring requirements.
- Assist in screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Manage job order fulfillment by sourcing, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates based on client requirements.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure high retention rates.

Job Requirements:-
Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently
Able to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good time management skills and great interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
