JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise and skills to the delivery of Business Growth.
Your Role
Your primary objective will be to develop existing or new Contract Logistics business by coordinating all business development actions and triggering opportunities for larger accounts at a country or cluster level.
Your Responsibilities
- To develop and manage a sizeable pipeline of opportunities, actively driving each opportunity through the entire Customer Engagement Cycle.
- To lead commercial negotiations and create high quality business proposals.
- To actively develop and maintain customer contacts along with a network of prospects.
- To actively network and link with other colleagues (Subject matter experts, Vertical Specialists, Account Managers) at every level of the organisation, from global to regional to country.
- To highlight achievements in the business development space using a variety of dynamic tools.
- To capture and manage business and market intelligence, ensuring the communication of same to key stakeholders.
- To drive and roll-out yearly business development plans.
