Job Description

1. Operate the production line in a safe and efficient manner as described in SOP and SOC.
2. Ensure the accuracy of equipment set up for product parameters and equipment parameters.
3. Line troubleshooting in a systematic approach to determine machine and process work as expected and explain to resolve the problem.
4. Provision of product at required roll per shift target.
5. Ensure maintenance is carried out promptly in the event of machine breakdown, which includes both minor repairs and light maintenance tasks. Conduct comprehensive overhaul procedures, as well as manual duties like packaging and loading.
6. To do line walk through during shift hand over.
7. Confirmation of the right quantity of roll, resin, plan time, downtime and packaging supplier after production order is complete in SymPLE. Print pallet id and paste on pallet. Follow any memo required to system SAP cut off.
8. Adhere to the scrap instruction, ensuring that the scrap is sent to the Erema and Baler area.
9. To carry out activities such as packaging, core cutting, labelling, stretch wrapping, palletizing, and driving forklift.
10. Execute and maintain good housekeeping including line cleaning for machine, equipment rolls, workstation, roll dressing, area robot, palletizing and vacuity production area.
11. Perform and assist in any duties (e.g. light maintenance, project, etc.) as requested by the Superior from time to time.
12. Follow and comply with BRC requirement and quality plan. Maintain the implementation of the quality system, positive release, participate in quality campaign and quality submission QBO.
13. In-line quality control, sorting product, doing prompt rework product and reply to CAPA within time frame set.
14. Report all the data recording and documentation properly – PT report, parameters, line checklist, QC testing, roll audit, start up/shutdown checklist and data requested by superior.

Qualifications

1. Fresh Diploma holder preferably in technical background or Certificate with experience in technical background.
2. Proficient in technical abilities and capable of effectively communicating in English while engaging with employees at every organizational level.
3. Capable of working in varying shifts and in a fast-paced setting.
4. Fit to operate ECLU.
5. Proficient in using computers.
