Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Takaful Consultant, based in Kuantan. The Takaful Consultant will be responsible for identifying and understanding clients' insurance and financial needs, providing professional consultations, and recommending suitable takaful solutions. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and staying informed about product offerings and market trends. The consultant will also deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to maintaining the company's high standards in the industry.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills to interact effectively with clients and provide tailored solutions
• Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve set targets and goals
• Knowledge of takaful or insurance products and financial planning, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt
• Customer service-oriented mindset and ability to build long-term client relationships
• High ethical standards and commitment to adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is highly desirable; additional languages are an advantage
• Prior experience in sales, finance, or insurance is beneficial, though not mandatory; training will be provided

Who We're Looking For:

Malaysian citizen

Age 20 and above

Min Diploma/Higher or SPM with 2 years working experience

Well-groomed and presentable

Able to work independently & in teams
