Job Responsibility
- Reporting directly to the Assistant Reservations Manager / Front Office Manager
- Process all reservation requests from customers.
- Provide clerical support to Front desk staff
- Change or cancel reservations at the request of customers in line with hotel policy.
- Receive reservation orders through phone, email or live chat
- Responsible to ensure that all information relating to a reservation is keyed correctly into OPERA and is of the highest quality, and errors are kept to an absolute minimum.

- Minimum Diploma holder
- Preferably those with some exposure in service industry and customer service
- Good command in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Chinese Language skill is an advantage
- Able to maintain & strengthen the relationship with customers
- Good teamwork spirit, pro-active, independent & passionate with assigned job
- Willing to work long hours when required
- Computer literate
- KWSP
- SOCSO
- EIS
- Medical claim included
