Job Responsibility Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote the companyâs products or services.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on data analysis.
- Create engaging and relevant content for the companyâs website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the content team to develop and implement content marketing strategies.
- Ensure consistency in the brandâs voice and messaging across all digital channels.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy for search engine optimization (SEO).
- Manage the companyâs pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Analyze and report on the performance of SEO and SEM campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Manage the companyâs social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and interaction with followers.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.
- Use web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and digital marketing ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.
- Implement strategies to drive online traffic to the companyâs website and increase lead generation.
- Optimize the companyâs website and landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
- Plan and manage online advertising campaigns, including display ads, video ads, and retargeting ads.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to meet campaign objectives.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources for digital advertising effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, content, and design teams, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as influencers, media outlets, and agencies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), RM software, and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Salary: RM30,000 â 80,000 per annum
