Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Pulse Grande Hotel. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations. They will also assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices, and labor laws
  • Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding
  • Experience in end-to-end payroll processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
