Senior Recruiter (Non-Tech)

Job Summary
We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Responsibility
- 100% ON-SITE!
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience, primarily in Malaysia
- Advertise open positions and source candidates using various platforms.Drive recruitment innovation to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
- Collaborate with country and department heads on talent development evaluations.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 5+ years of work experience.Preferably experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the General & Administration
- Department/Non-tech roles.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Hands-on approach with a vibrant and highly positive attitude.
- Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence and assertiveness.
