Job Responsibility
- Attend to customers and ascertain their needs to drive sales.
- Provide advice on the product line to customers based on features, comparisons to other brands, and promotions.
- Handle customers' pre- and post-sales inquiries with tactfulness.
- Manage store visibility and merchandise in the store.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
- Fulfil all other duties, activities, and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
- Technology enthusiast.
- Customer-oriented, patient, and friendly.
- Possesses good discipline, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and a shift basis (following the retail shop's operational hours).
- Having good knowledge or interest in electronics products will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English or Mandarin will be an added advantage.
