Business Executive Coach

Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and sell multiple range of products distributed by the Company to clinics, hospitals, and other customers.
  2. Work intelligently to achieve the sales targets/quotas set by the Company.
  3. Serve existing customers, expand sales, and develop new potential customers.
  4. Explore and identify new market and sales opportunities.
  5. Establish and maintain good rapport with customers and decision makers.
  6. Gather industry feedback, study, and share market trends with team members.
  7. Prepare and present sales status/sales report and market analysis on a weekly basis to superior.
  8. Readily participate in domestic and/or international exhibition(s).
  9. Assist in developing business plans and strategies to ensure Company’s goals are met.
  10. Constantly improve product knowledge and industry requirements to meet customer demands.
  11. Perform any other tasks or duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum diploma or degree or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing or any other related field is an added advantage.
  3. Able to work independently.
  4. Determined and hard-working individual.
  5. Responsible, self-motivated, and result-oriented with a strong drive towards achieving targets.
  6. Possess own transport with a valid driving license, and willing to travel outstation when required.
  7. Possess excellent marketing skills and knowledge.
  8. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
