Account Payable Assistant, Shared Services
The position will provide hands-on account payable services, support, and supervision to team members to achieve its goal as a regional support set up. The primary responsibilities of the job are:
Job Description:
- Responsible for account payable activities including processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices timely and accurately.
- Check the invoices if they are approved according to TCR policies and the approved accounting standard.
- Ensure details of invoices match with supporting documents without errors/shortfall; invoices without PO are approved by authorized parties.
- Provide payment transcript to supplier.
- Identify issues and highlight the concerned areas/aspects related to your work to your team lead.
- Be a backup for the team in case of sickness or planned holidays.
- Any ad-hoc tasks/responsibilities assigned by your team lead.
Job Requirement:
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma of Accountancy or Finance or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year’s working experience.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English and Malay.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must possess own transport.
** The office is located in Cyberjaya.
