Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Science / Engineering or other relevant discipline
Minimum at least 3 years working experience in plastic manufacturing preferably
Able to support process, optimization and improvement to the production
Able to monitor and supervise production personnel to ensure adherence to operations, quality
Able to plan in the efficient utilization of personnel resource, machines and materials and timely supply of products for distribution
To plan yearly 5S activities and carry out auditing and reporting
Prepare monthly production report
Compile and analyses customer satisfaction survey Machines, Customer Satisfaction Survey, Process Optimization, Materials, Distribution, Reporting, Auditing, Quality, Operations
