Job Description:
- Meet/exceed monthly and annual sales budgets.
- Grow the total sales revenue in the assigned geography.
- Develop strong relations with key customers and trade partners to achieve sustainable growth of our business.
- Develop detailed business development plans and packaging industry profiles for the region that can be used to focus our efforts on growth.
- Inform and coordinate sector-based trade shows, activities, and seminars.
- Assist in developing relations with local industry alliances and associations.
- Render effective after-sales service, installation, and training to customers.
- Execute any other business-related tasks assigned from time to time.
Job Specification:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing or any related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years demonstrable industrial sales & marketing/business development experience attained in established local/multinational companies, preferably from the industrial packaging industry.
- Possess a progressive management track record with accomplishments in growing and expanding sales and market leadership position.
- Self-starter with good salesmanship, strong integrity, high degree of flexibility and motivation, supportive, team player with dynamic personality, customer (internal and external) sensitivity.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Strong written, presentation, and spoken proficiency in English.
- Resourceful, assertive, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Have an analytical mind dealing with technical issues.
- Able to work independently.
- Experience working in MNC will be an added advantage.
