Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and develop valuable skills for a career in human resources. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire onboarding processes.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- HR Administration: Support daily HR operations, including handling correspondence, managing HR documents, and assisting with employee inquiries.
- Training and Development: Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other development programs.
- HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Compliance: Help ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to support decision-making and improve HR practices.
- Event Planning: Support the planning and execution of employee events and activities.
- Other Duties: Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.

- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
