Job Description

As a Solution Consultant at High Pines, you’ll likely be balancing several key responsibilities:

1. Software Demonstrations : You'll need to effectively showcase the software to prospects, demonstrating its features and benefits in a way that aligns with their specific needs.
2. Client Consultation : Engaging with clients to understand their requirements and challenges. This involves active listening and critical thinking to tailor solutions accordingly.
3. Needs Analysis : Gathering detailed information about clients' needs and analyzing this data to provide the best possible solutions.
4. Solution Communication : Clearly articulating how the proposed software solutions address the clients' needs, ensuring they understand the value and benefits.
5. Follow-Up : Maintaining relationships with prospects to answer questions, address concerns, and keep them engaged throughout the decision-making process.

This role is primarily based in Petaling Jaya.

Job Requirements

Analytical Skills and Consulting Expertise: Strong analytical abilities for understanding and addressing client needs through effective consulting.

Effective Communication: Proficiency in clearly conveying information and solutions.

Independent Work: Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Presentation Skills: Competence in presenting and demonstrating the system to potential clients as needed.

Interest in Cloud Solutions and Digital Transformation: A keen interest in cloud technologies and digital transformation trends.

Knowledge of Local Regulatory Requirements: Understanding of relevant local regulatory standards.

Preferred Background: Graduates in Accounting and Information Systems are encouraged to apply.
