_ About the role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales and Operation Executive to join our dynamic team at bean n joy enteprise'. In this full-time position based in Klang, Selangor, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring seamless operations for our growing business. What you'll be doing
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to expand our customer base
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Coordinating daily operations to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
- Providing administrative support to the sales and operations departments as needed
- Proven track record in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the sales industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
- Strong organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in using sales and operations management software and tools
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Klang, Selangor
