Senior Lead, Physical Design - Full-Chip Excellence
SIGNOFF SEMICONDUCTORS PVT. LTD.
SIGNOFF SEMICONDUCTORS PVT. LTD. is seeking a Physical Design Senior Lead in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia. The candidate will own the full-chip PD flow from RTL to GDSII, driving floorplanning, CTS, routing, and signoff while coordinating with RTL, STA, and verification teams.
The role requires 12+ years in ASIC/SOC PD, hands-on experience with 16nm nodes, and strong leadership to mentor juniors and manage schedules and risks. Excellent communication skills are essential.
