About Our Client

Our client is an established MNC in the plastic industry. They are currently looking for a structured and technical individual to lead day-to-day production operations.

Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of the plastic injection moulding production floor.
• Ensure production schedules are met with high quality and efficiency.
• Implement and monitor production processes to optimize workflow.
• Manage and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain product standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management within the plastic injection moulding industry.
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes, materials, and equipment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
