Requirement
- Responsible for the daily tasks within the department as assigned, including duties beyond stipulated working hours and scope of work, as well as ad hoc tasks instructed by Management.
- Ensure aftersales service of the dealership meets the requirements and policies set by Management and Principal.
- Meet with the Operation Director and General Manager at least once a month to review current service department performance, service personnel performance, and set future performance objectives and promotional activities.
- Standby on IDM round-the-clock roadside assistance when required, including evenings and weekends.
- Conduct and attend meetings to discuss related activities and issues of mutual interest within the department.
