We are looking for a skilled L1 Desktop Engineer to provide technical support to our clients at On Site City Bakri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

This role involves responding to service requests, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring that all systems are functioning properly. The L1 Desktop Engineer will work closely with end users to address technical concerns and provide excellent customer service.
