- Auto financing: Providing car loans and financing solutions to customers for the purchase of vehicles of different brands.
- Leasing: Offering leasing options for both individual and corporate customers.
- Insurance services: Providing insurance products related to vehicle ownership, including motor insurance and other related insurance services.
- Fleet management: Offering fleet management services to businesses that require a number of vehicles for their operations.
- Customer service: Providing customer support and services related to financing, payments, and other financial products.
- Loan Processing: Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan submissions and required documentation for approval, collaborate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate the loan approval process, and monitor and follow up on applications for timely approvals and disbursements.
- Sales and Promotion: Actively sell and promote our auto finance products, developing effective sales strategies to meet higher sales targets by identifying and pursuing opportunities through referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Customer Engagement: Provide comprehensive support to Sales Advisors and assist walk-in customers with queries and needs, conduct detailed consultations to understand financing requirements, recommend suitable products, and build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at weekend roadshows, exhibitions, and other promotional events, conduct site visits to partner dealerships and relevant locations to promote auto finance products, and engage with potential customers to generate leads and drive sales.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Perform all assigned duties, including administrative tasks and special projects, assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation, and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, or a relevant equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in Auto Finance or a related industry.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Hokkien and Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Sales Skills: Ability to effectively sell and promote auto finance products.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer handling skills to assist clients and ensure satisfaction.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial concepts and ability to analyze loan submissions.
- Problem-solving: Capability to resolve issues and make decisions under pressure.

- Prior experience in a similar or relevant industry
