A Senior Account Executive (SAE) is a key player in a company's sales and client relationship management efforts. They typically handle major accounts, oversee client strategies, and play a pivotal role in achieving revenue targets.

Here are the key responsibilities and tasks typically associated with this role:

  1. Handle full set of accounts for several clients.
  2. Familiar with AR & AP procedures.
  3. Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
  4. Process sales invoices.
  5. Prepare electronic fund transfers and payments to vendors.
  6. Investigate discrepancies and errors.
  7. Work closely with different departments as part of the process.
  8. Perform ad-hoc work assigned by management.
