A Senior Account Executive (SAE) is a key player in a company's sales and client relationship management efforts. They typically handle major accounts, oversee client strategies, and play a pivotal role in achieving revenue targets.
Here are the key responsibilities and tasks typically associated with this role:
- Handle full set of accounts for several clients.
- Familiar with AR & AP procedures.
- Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Process sales invoices.
- Prepare electronic fund transfers and payments to vendors.
- Investigate discrepancies and errors.
- Work closely with different departments as part of the process.
- Perform ad-hoc work assigned by management.
