Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support all hotel systems (e.g., OPERA, Oracle, PABX, UPS, etc).
  • Troubleshoot IT-related issues for in-house guests (e.g., Wi-Fi/network problems).
  • Support the F&B team by updating or changing menu prices in the POS system.
  • Perform regular health checks and capacity studies to ensure optimal server and network performance.
  • Manage system changes with the support team to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Liaise with vendors for IT infrastructure maintenance or new setups.
  • Maintain an inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.
  • Coordinate and manage IT documentation and contract agreements.
  • Be aware of hotel MIS emergency procedures.
  • Any other delegated tasks as and when required by the superiors and management.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT support or system administration, with strong expertise in hardware, software, and network maintenance.
  • Experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Service-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and energetic.
