Senior Executive / Executive - Sales (Johor)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Attend to all sales inquiries proficiently and in a professional manner.

Call & follow up on all database lists assigned by the Sales Manager; provide regular call updates.

Responsible for executing all sales and promotional activities, including but not limited to manning sales galleries, road shows, and exhibitions.

Ensure individual and group sales targets are achieved as planned.

Follow up with all sales bookings and loan applications to ensure prompt sales conversion including the signing of SPA and collection of the first 10%.

Attend to any customer complaints, and if it relates to another department such as Customer Care or Sales Admin, convey the complaint(s) to the Sales Manager so necessary action can be taken by the relevant department.

Provide sales updates and, if required, regular sales reports.

Responsible for the upkeep of sales galleries.

Assist in market research and preparation of sales or information kits.

Implement any and all related policies, procedures, and work instructions as defined in the Company’s Quality Management System.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification, with a Diploma preferred.

At least 2 years of experience in property sales

Matured, able to work independently.

Pleasant demeanour, non-smoker.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluent in English, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel.

Possess own transport.

Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
