Position : Administrative Executive
Working Location : Sri Petaling

Employment Type/ Salary Range : Full-Time/ RM2,000.00 – RM3,000.00 Job Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Directors.
• Organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient document management.
• Assist agents in submitting mortgage and refinancing applications to financial institutions.
• Review and verify case documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with agents, banks, and legal firms to track and update case progress.
• Maintain case status logs, documentation records, and generate periodic reports.
• Manage emails, phone calls, and schedule-related tasks to support smooth operations.
• Handle additional administrative duties as assigned by the Directors. Requirements: • SPM qualification and above or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – comprehensive training will be provided.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in an administrative role; experience in the financial or mortgage sector is a plus.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
